BOILER DIGESTIVE KE 100

The heating of the boiler capacity is carried out indirectly, by transferring heat through a steam-water jacket, therefore, burning of products is excluded. In addition, when using a digester boiler, the heat loss during heating is much less than on an open fire or an electric burner in a cookware, hence the significant savings on energy resources. Less heat is given off to the external environment and a healthier microclimate and temperature conditions for the staff are observed in the room.

Peculiarities:

  • the cooking boiler KE 100 has 3 degrees of protection: a dry running sensor for heating elements (or a thermostat), a pressure switch, a blast valve;
  • a manometer is provided for visual control;
  • for the operation of the boiler, 3 taps are used: a tap for pouring water into the boiler tank (or a mixer), a tap for draining from the boiler tank, a tap for controlling the liquid level in the steam-water jacket;
  • on the cover there is a sealant made of food rubber for tight contact with the capacity of the boiler;
  • three modes of operation: mode “1” – cooking; mode “2” – warming up; mode “3” – steaming.
