The product is ready to eat.
• As a cold dish: unpack the product and cut it as desired.
• As a hot meal: leave the meat (for about an hour) at room temperature, remove the vacuum packaging, heat on a grill for 5-10 minutes, in а microwave for 5-7 minutes or in an oven at a temperature of 200-220°С for approximately 15-20 minutes (time depends on the features of kitchen equipment).
Ingredients: pork belly (90%), food salt, spices (garlic, sweet pepper, black pepper), stabilizer E451, dextrose, acidity regulators E262, E330, flavor enhancer E621.
