Peking duck sous-vide with lentil garnish.

• Peking duck sous-vide
• Lentil – 1 cup
• Carrots – 2 pcs
• Onions – 1 pcs
• Tomatoes – 1 pc
• Dill – ½ bunch
• Vegetable oil – 2 tablespoons
• Coriander – 1 t.sp.
• Salt, pepper – to taste.

Free Peking Duck sous-vide from package. Leave the sauce, it will be needed for making a golden crust.
Heat in any convenient way: add a ruddy crust in the oven, in a frying pan or grill at 200 ° C for 10-20 minutes. (The time depends on the features of the kitchen equipment). Periodically grease the duck with sauce.

While the duck is “blushing” cook the lentil. Cooking time of green lentil is 40 minutes, red is 30 minutes, brown is 25 minutes. Proportional ratio with water – 1: 2.
Wash vegetables, grate carrots, chop onions, tomatoes and greens. Fry the onion in the pan for 5 minutes, then add the remaining vegetables for another 5 minutes.
