Grilled rib steak sous vide baked with zucchini, mushrooms and cheese


To prepare you will need:

  • Grilled rib steak sous vide – 2 pcs.
  • Onion – 1 pc.
  • Olive oil;
  • Zucchini – 150 gr.
  • Champignon – 150 gr.
  • Cream – 150 ml.
  • Graver cheese – 75 gr.
  • Salt, pepper, oregano, paprika – to taste;
  • Parsley.

Simple recipe:

Put the steaks with onion and mushrooms fried until half cooked, and chopped raw zucchini in a deep
dish for the oven. Add salt, pepper and oregano. Cover the dishes with aluminum foil and bake in a
preheated oven at a temperature of 180 degrees for 15 minutes. Remove foil, add cream and diced
cheese and bake for another 10 minutes.
Serve sprinkled with chopped parsley and paprika.
