Sous-vide “Buffalo” Wings with Guacamole Salad

Today we will prepare sous-vide buffalo wings with gourmet guacamole salad.

A unique combination of fragrant chicken wings and fresh vegetables.

For cooking you will need:

Sous-vide Buffalo Wings – 1 kg

Cherry Tomatoes – 400 gr.

Canned Beans – 400 gr.

Canned Corn – 400 gr.

Red onion 1 pc.

Chili pepper – 1 pc.

Ripe avocado – 2 pcs.

A few twigs of parsley;

Tablespoons of olive oil – 4 tbsp.

Lime – 1 pc.

Ground cumin – ¼ teaspoon;

Salt to taste;

Ground black pepper to taste.

Recipe:

Free the sous-vide buffalo wings from the packaging, grill on each side until you get the desired crust, or heat in a convenient way.

Mix half-sliced ​​tomatoes, beans, corn, finely chopped onions and peppers, avocado cubes and chopped parsley. Season with a mixture of oil, lime juice and spices and mix well.
