Juicy pork neck juicy sous-vide with eggplant, tomato and bell pepper salad

To prepare you need:

Pork neck “Juicy” – 800 gr.
Eggplant – 1 pc.
Bulgarian pepper – 1 pc.
White onion – 1 pc.
Tomatoes – 2 pcs.
Parsley – a couple of twigs.
White wine vinegar – 1 tbsp.
Salt and black pepper – to taste.
Vegetable oil – 3-4 tbsp.

A simple recipe:

Free pork neck “Juicy” sous-vide from packaging, grill on each side until the desired crust is obtained.

Cut the eggplant into rings and fry in a pan.

Fry half the chopped onion and red pepper, and leave the other half raw.

Mix all the ingredients, add chopped parsley, salt, pepper and season with white wine vinegar.

Serve the neck along with the salad.
